Andy Partington

Andy is a highly experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record in managing complex programmes and projects using a variety methodologies, including Agile, Kanban and Waterfall. With expertise in overseeing the complete project lifecycle—from inception to implementation and ongoing development. 

Starting his first key project role in 2004 Andy has 20 years’ experience in programme and project management, working in the Telecoms, Information Technology and Automotive industries. His key skills encompass programme and project management, problem-solving, risk management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, decision making and leadership. In recent years he has managed multiple eCommerce programmes aligning to organisations objects to change their business model.  

Professional qualifications include Agile Project Management and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications, complemented by a background in computer studies and quantitative methods. Andy is passionate about using technology and processes to drive change, whilst continuously seeking to improve collaboration, decision-making, and programme outcomes. 

Outside of his work Andy enjoys early morning dog walk in the countryside to soak up the peace and tranquillity whilst watching the sun rise.
