Darren Gormley

Darren is an accomplished PMO Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience assessing, creating and running PMO governance for a wide range of programmes and portfolios. 

He has developed a reputation for his integrity, expert knowledge, and dynamic approaches, working with customers to deliver complex programmes in both public and private sector organisations, often developing innovative solutions to drive greater business and IT benefit.

Darren demonstrates strong leadership and ability to leave a legacy of governance and transparency, inspiring teams to continue to excel when the consultants have “walked out of the door”. He also enjoys mentoring Project Managers and new members of the team, sharing his knowledge and experience through practical support and guidance.

Outside of the day job Darren volunteers with the Paul Canoville Foundation, fighting discrimination, working alongside many organisations globally, supporting thousands of young people through the lens of Paul’s inspirational story, setting out to support young people facing adversity.
