Sam is an accomplished Customer Experience and Learning & Growth leader with over a decade of experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Skilled in end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D), Sam has a proven track record in designing and implementing onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives, and system training frameworks. He is a seasoned facilitator, adept at engaging both internal and external audiences in person and digitally, presenting to groups as large as 1,500.

Throughout his career, Sam has demonstrated exceptional project management and change leadership capabilities, with expertise spanning stakeholder relationship management, content creation, and customer journey mapping. At GRIDSERVE, he built the Learning, Training & Development function from the ground up, implementing strategic frameworks and designing non-technical training programs. Prior to this, Sam mapped customer journeys and created market-wide training guides at Volvo Cars UK, and led impactful product training initiatives during his tenure at Tesla, including the development of innovative programs such as the 'Tech for non-tech' training and the 'Electric Avenue' EV competition.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Sam serves as a Roads Policing Special Constable with Sussex Police, responding to emergency incidents and managing complex collision investigations. With a strong foundation in data analysis, facilitation, and system implementation, Sam’s positive, collaborative approach and ability to drive transformation make him a standout leader in Learning & Growth.
