Our proven 4-i methodology is used to guide our clients through an end-to-end transformation, but it's also possible for us to integrate one of more steps into existing programmes.

Here are some practical examples:

  1. We use the "imagine" stage to support the creation of a strategy, either at business or team level. Or, we're able to take an existing strategy and facilitate a session that challenges and ratifies it, ensuring the foundation is firm before it's built on. This could be a standalone service, or stage 1 of the transformation process.
  2. The "innovate" stage is used to turn a strategy or an idea into tangible plans for improvement and transformation. We identify where and how to innovate and what success looks like. This can either be step 2 of the 4-i process, or a standalone step in a client's own transformation approach.
  3. Some clients have already imagined and innovated their ideas into a plan, so call on us to "implement", or, it's step 3 of our end-to-end 4-i process. We roll our sleeves up and deliver with a robust, yet agile, programme management approach with positive stakeholder engagement.
  4. The key to every business change and transformation is people. We call this our "inspire" phase, which is the golden thread of our 4-i approach that leaves a legacy of inspired people. We also offer this as a stand-alone service, working with your other supplies and internal teams to ensure energised, engaged people who are ready for the business change and transformation.
