Gareth Rowswell

Gareth is a change management expert with extensive experience in leading programmes and projects focused on the design and implementation of new operating models in diverse sectors including technology, consumer products, infrastructure, business to business services and digital media. Known as a strategic thinker capable of leading initiatives on a global basis he is equally at home on the shop-floor and the board room. An outstanding communicator with good bottom-line business instincts and excellent problem-solving skills he is a proven team player. 

He is equipped with formal project management and lean process improvement methods and has worked in India on process improvement initiatives in the financial services sector. He’s described by our clients as “analytical, with personality!” 

Away from work Gareth is interested in behavioural economics, military history, football and the short and long form triathlons.
