Paul Cottrell
Paul is a Learning and Development Specialist with expertise in automotive Aftersales processes, management & customer service. He has designed and delivered face-to-face and virtual training programmes in the Automotive industry spanning for many years and across many markets.
Paul spent 7 years with Jaguar Land Rover in a Regional Aftersales Management role, as well as being the UK Commercial Academy Assistant Training Manager. The Regional role meant responsibility for driving performance, growth and customer satisfaction for 34 Retailers. The Academy role had full accountability for the Aftersales curriculum design and face-to-face delivery. Prior to that, Paul spent 17 years working in the Automotive retail network in UK & South Korea for brands such as Ferrari, Aston Martin, Porsche & BMW in various roles from Technician, Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Service Team Leader & National Importer Training Manager.
Paul is extremely passionate about helping people to improve performance, whether it be via supportive change management activities, or in a training and coaching environment, he always endeavours to ensure that interactions are usable and practical back in the workplace.
