Stuart is a robust, highly effective, and profit-focused Programme Manager, working with organisations to support their complex and risky business change programmes. He has delivered over 100 successful projects in his career and has strong industry experience in automotive, service, logistics, retail, and the public sector. He works closely with other like-minded business consultants to drive programme success.

At the heart of a dynamic and bespoke approach, Stuart demonstrates a powerful knowledge of business operations and the ability to turn strategic desires into deliverable projects. This includes a deep understanding of potential pitfalls, their costs and how to avoid them.

When not working, Stuart can be found on the golf course, or following Northampton Saints and Formula 1 with his wife, Fiona.
