Tim’s early career focussed heavily on data analytics, where he developed a deep and varied skillset in identifying trends, maximising opportunities, and solving complex problems with data. This background allows Tim to excel across a range of strategic and operational projects, with a strong ability to articulate a set of problems and narrate the right solution, with a keen eye for maximising business outcomes.
Throughout his 15-year automotive career, most notably within the Volkswagen Group UK, Tim has delivered exceptional results across a range of disciplines, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply & Logistics. Both project management and strategic vision were required in abundance when Tim was tasked with developing and delivering the electric vehicle (EV) strategy for Volkswagen UK, leading a cross-functional team of 30 individuals along a 3-year change project, culminating in the successful launch of the ID. model family into the UK.
