Tracy Barton

Tracy is an accredited coach and has worked in large corporate organisations for over 30 years. She specialises in leadership and team development, cultural change, and organisation effectiveness. She has extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership development programmes and is a commercially minded leader herself, who always puts the ‘end customer’ at the heart of every intervention.

As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Tracy works with individuals and teams, supporting them to be the best they can be. Tracy’s style has been described as professional, but informal, and she believes that establishing trust and rapport is central to her work. Tracy’s clients include senior leaders from the John Lewis Partnership, Aviva, Volvo, and a number of clients from the Charity sector.

Beyond coaching Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 grown up sons, and is a doting grandma to her first grandson. Tracy regularly attends yoga classes, enjoys pottering in her garden and going on as many holidays as possible.
